Around the world part 2

This is an activity of general culture in which the preffesor will do a brief presentation on the images placed in the slides of each one of the chosen countries in the first part of the activity.

An aspect to remark is that the students must have at least basic level of English to realize this activity.
In the second part of  "Around the World" the student will complete his/her favorite countries and they will share them in the blog. In order to do that, he/she will design various slides corresponding with the chosen country. The data they should include is the following:


1. Traditional outfit: style 1255 of Microsoft Multimedia Gallery - Ruth Morehead's Around the World Collection on Google Images.
2. Map and geographical location: Google Images.
3. Animated flags: http://www.banderas-del-mundo.com/
4. A representative monument (natural or man-made): Microsoft Multimedia Gallery - Google Images.
5. An icon of said country: Microsoft Multimedia Gallery.
6. Internet country code: Wikipedia.


Once they have all the images, the students will upload them to Slideshare, Issuu, Animoto or Picturetrail an they will upload them in their blogs.
